I teach 6th grade social studies and science at Rockingham Middle School. I have been here since 2008. I was at Washington Street prior to this. I love being a Rocket. I graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's degree in Education. In addition to my teacher's certificates I also hold a certificate in counseling. I live in Rockingham with my daughter, Chelsea. She attended graduated from Richmond in 2010 and is now in college. We have a cat named Layla.
